Well, since you machined the flywheel and got a new clutch kit, I'd wait until some clutch material transfers and "seasons" both friction surfaces before I start pulling everything apart.

New s52 pilot bearing. The clutch is broken in yes, it's got 10k on it. It's the same clutch I was using before the swap, and it worked great then.

I guess I'll drive it for a while and see if it starts grabbing better.

        Thanks for the help!

If I didn't clean off the wd40 of the flywheel well enough, will it eventually get burnt off? Or will it saturate the clutch disc and ruin it?

It wont burn off easily. Oil will seep into the disc material and ruin it over time. Is a light film worth taking it all apart now? I dont know. Are you sure your clutch disk isnt backwards?

Yea clutch disc is installed the right way around.

I'm getting a light chatter when clutch is fully engaged, thinking it's the tob rubbing the pressure plate, which would disengage the clutch a little bit. Thought I had a perfect bleed but I'll try again.

Were your hands clean when you installed the disk? Any grease on the disk could potentially help it slip.

I took care to put my fingers on the disc as little as possible. But disc contamination is about all I can come up with right now. I'm gonna drive it a little more see if I can wear it in some, if not I'll replace it.
