My tune is for the stock injectors. Turner chip # 4131-3004. I'm pretty sure TRM also has tunes for stock injectors..

hondestly, overall I'd say the entire tune is too rich, not too lean.

what's happening at ~6100rpm looks like a rev limit of some sort to me. Something like that could happen if you were getting synch loss with the crank signal.

you don't need bigger injectors, either. the highest fuel demand is at peak torque, and you're way too rich there already.

      something else is wrong.

no, it doesn't work that way. it looks like they're shutting off. max duty would most likely be near peak torque, and it would be gradual, it wouldn't just shut off. all max duty means is you command the injectors to open more but fuel flow flatlines.

I don't think a glitchy speedo should matter that shouldn't matter. But your connection should be at your engine harness, so unless it's that connection wasn't made, then your VSS should be working.

Agreed that new injectors aren't completely necessary but it wouldn't hurt.

When it hit the wall on the plot, the car kept accelerating. I could have taken it to 7k (i did on the first run)

yeah, it was still getting minimal amounts of fuel. a car will still run at 18:1, things just get hotter.

12:1 and below though, is pig rich for an N/A motor.. I can't see any benefit to even larger injectors.

Just checked the harness. The VSS is going to pin 14.

I assume it's a 325i chassis? If so, I think that's incorrect. Verify that before changing it though.

It's a 318is chassis and its going to the correct pin.
