The cams were 266/260.

Stock cams fixed the issue. Runs awesome now.

It was actually more lopy than that.

Car runs and idles fine still but the 1281 is still there. Beginning to think something is not wired correctly in my harness.

Are you sure your old cams were 266/260? Sunbelts are 284/280. If yours were more lopy then the sunbelts you may have another issue.

Yeah, the TMS chip in the ECU was poop.

Got a Technica chip flashed to spec for the stock cams / mods I put back in it.
