Was the head tested / machined when you did the hg?

Is the radiator new? or has it been tested? Do you have rust in the system?

Was the head tested, who did the machine work?

Was it overheated before is that why you did the headgasket?

do you have heat inside the car? I hooked up the heater core hoses wrong on my m50e30 and randomly over heated... the one on the back of the head should go to the inlet of the core which has the heater control valve inline...

Mine turned out to be the same issue, loose engine ground.

Did you ever get the flow of the system fixed? I’m sure doing the E-fan would allow it to run cooler but if you’re not getting proper flow I can only assume that there will be issues.
