      Something is really wrong...

You go too rich at 5400 and then massively lean at 6200.

      Dangerously lean, perhaps.

That motor should be hitting 260-265, easy.

        Nice numbers!
But yeah, your AFR's go turbo status @ 5400 then say oknevermind @ up top. Scary!

What's stock sized headgasket on s52's?

I wouldn't be using any "off the shelf" tune with what you have because none of them will match your engine's setup perfectly. Just get it tuned on the dyno by someone good.

Time to consider either running some bigger injectors with a new tune. Not bad on numbers but there is more to be had.

                  Love the flat torque curve!

But yeah, that goes frighteningly lean...

Put an intake tube back on there. Turbulence at the MAF will cause those AF readings.

that thing should easily keep building power on to 7k.. I'm guessing you cut it because of the nasty ping from 6.3k and on?
I think a nice fuel upgrade & tune should get you to 280-290whp
                        yummy torque though ;)

My afpr is running a 42psi in idle, any of you know where ahould it be?

it should be 3.5 bar with the vacuum line disconnected I believe. Thats around 50 psi. With vacuum, 42-43 psi sounds about right.

Find out if its your fuel pump, filter, or what falling off up top. Thats horrible AFR if accurate (and I believe it is given power loss). Also realize that misfires register lean, so its possible you're breaking up at the top end.
