    24v headers

What headers will fit with minimal modification? Will these work?

I bought the car with Racelands on it, but one tube does not clear the LCABs. I don't want to run eyeballs and want the cheapest, easiest exhaust solution for now.

    Thanks.

Racing Dynamics on EBay. $135 shipped and they fit good. You'll want to flatten the flanges before bolting them on. However, one major issue is one of the O2 ports is right up against the firewall, it's the 4-6 cyl. one. Had I known this I'd just take it to the exhaust shop prior and have them weld on a new bung about 45 degrees towards the driver side from the original location. That is the only big issue with these.

Thanks! Every other thread I check just says to run "ebay longtube headers" which isn't terribly descriptive. I can weld so the O2 bung isn't a real problem. I'm running an OBD1 setup for now so I should probably move it downstream.

:edit: Do you have a link to those headers?

Be sure to have the bungholes adjusted by a welder. The rear one was banging into the firewall even without the heat shield/insulation when I pulled the S52 the sensor had a angle...

Thanks! I think I'm going to go this route rather than trying to cut up the racelands and make them fit. I started to price out materials and I'm halfway to a new set of headers. I'm planning to Y the headers back to a single 2.5" for now.

That won't be a problem, I'll weld in a new bung.

I'm pretty sure all the knock off eBay headers are the same from China.

These are the ones I got. Required minimal modification.

Good to know. I'm still debating what I'm going to do... I might just swap all my turbo stuff over and forget about NA exhaust for a while.

Just run the treehouse eyeballs. Most ebay headers are super thin walled and have bad rasp. My race lands fit perfect with OEM CAB's.

I bought the $109 speed daddy headers. Wish me luck! I want to get this car on the road.

Definitely do this. It was a huge bitch to do it in the car.

On a second note, I bought the speed daddy ones and had to drill out a couple holes, otherwise they work good.
