As a Technica dealer I got my EWS removed by them on my DME but it already had a Dinan tune from the PO. Technica charged me $200 and it still had tons of error codes for purge valve,rear o2's etc. The S52 raqn great for a few months and then started randomly dying like no fuel, replaced filter/checked tank and sent inj off to be cleaned. Well #2 had 90 psi of comp and the vanos is mechanically stuck according to the dme. So I yank the S52 and rip it apart and in the meantime throw a M52 2.8 in it. 2 months later M52 is doing the same shit, comp is good but vanos mechanicly stuck code came back and it revs like poo. I did swap back the pink tops in because when I first installed it 2 of the 24lbers were barely spraying and were sent of to be rebuilt/cleaned. the drama/saga continues..... I'm wondering if im leaning on WOT....
Guy on BF.c goes by hakkentt? sp? quoted me $200 for ews removed, emissions delete. Gonna give him a shot with the 2.8 swap on the lift now. If that all works out Ill send in my S52 DME and have the emissions stuff removed then.
