Soooo I thought id give my fellow r3v members something to laugh about, or gawk at right before the beginning of the week. So my buddy is looking to get into e30s and hes a honda kid. He thinks e30's break the bank and stuff and the real funny part is hes never driven a rwd car LOL so im like wtf why not let him drive an e30. SOOOO we go to this spot thats got massive open room and we let em drive. hes like lets do some donuts, so i go in and showed him how to do it, then i let em try. He wouldnt get off the dam gas, so i stopped em and told em get off the gas, just egg it on to keep the slide going no need to rip shit!! So he gets back in and starts again and hes not breaking traction.......... so his excuse was that he would usually drop gears in his prelude, so then he switches to 2nd to 1st on a 4.10diff at like 5k and right after dumping off the clutch------BOOM! SMOKEE EVERYYYYWHEREEEEEE!!!!! I shyt myslelf. I was like this import whore did not just blow my German Weinershnitzel clutch. My other buddy ended up taking a video i just need to get it off my buddies ipad.......My cluch smells terrible and it locked me out of all gears, I was beyond pissed at this point and hes sitting there like...uhm.........MY BAD. I had to start the car in 2nd torque it out and scoot it home. The whole 10 min drive back my trans is making a sound like.....i dunno....u ever stick a screwdriver in something spinning realllll fast and it makes a sharp clicking noise....yea that.
Long story short, I drop the trans the next day to find this.........
Im not even sure this means the end for my zf trans buttttttt advice would be invited lol

needless to say we got back, dropped the car in the driveway kinda hoping the e30 gods would have pity on me for betraying my gut and letting an import waffleswaffleswaffleswaffles drive, and like poof my car back to normal. Then we jumped in my other buddies minivan all 10 of us went to white castle on the honda kids dime hahaha!
