    M50 3.0L Stroker insight?

Hey guys looking for a little more info than what I can find, all I seemto be looking at is false info when I look this up

M50NV block and head is what ill be using
    Cams are undecided

But I will be using an S50 crank crank but I don't know what internals to use with this crank.

some people say it will only work with a vanos motor ect. ect.....

What combo of internals do I need with the S50 crank in an M50NV???

You asked what internals to use. What else do you think there is? Crank, rods, & pistons.

Im trying to figure out what other internals I need to use with the S50 crank to achieve 3 Liters.

Use S50 - crank, rods and pistons. Or use M54B30 crank, rods and pistons. Simple.

Sorry I see what you were saying I just read it wrong. But okay, I haven't heard of anyone using s50 internals yet.

May just go SC if this becomes too hard to source

If you want 3 liters without boring the block you will need the rotating assembly from a M54B30 engine - crank and pistons you can actually reuse your con rods, but they are some of the heaviest rods BMW has ever designed.

How is the m50b30 compared to stock m50b25?
                          Is it worth it?
