I appreciate your concern. Overheads are minimal and a good relationship with the local dealership helps. I do agree it is a lot of work. Discounts at the dealership have helped influence the prices, keeping quality at the top of the priority list. If descriptions are a concern, I will try work on rewording them as I have time.

Your products are obviously not the same as mine, but you have made them sound like they are. You copied the descriptions of my products in your earlier eBay listings so closely that eBay decided it was plagiarism and therefore was an infringement on my intellectual property rights. When I suggest to price them the same, it's not to form a cartel, good grief, but rather price them close to the established market price people are expecting to pay for quality work based on the value of your labor. For example, auto repair shops charge $75 to $125 an hour. That's the market price for auto labor. If you are making $100 on a harness with 8-10 hours of work including purchasing supplies, communicating with customers, manufacturing, packaging, and shipping that's $10 to $12.50 an hour. That's not the correct price for skilled auto work. If you have employees then you can't even afford to pay them minimum wage, let alone afford to pay for tools, office space & equipment, etc. The point I'm trying to make is that if you are doing quality work then you are worth a fair price for that labor. I'm not going to race to the bottom with you because I feel I do quality work and I don't use cheap components that would allow me to price lower. I don't know about the person in Portugal, and the person in Australia was probably selling one of mine.

Yeah. And agreeing about same prices for common benefit is called cartel and it's even illegal. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cartel

    Hi, thanks for your message.
If you're going to include my words, don't only choose sections that fit your agenda.
I said I got ideas to sell what I sell...but did not copy your work whatsoever. There is a difference. I did my own swaps. And did my own research.
Things go both ways. I don't run to you when I see you've resembled my listing or items in any way. I understand how the market works, that's competition.
I don't plan on adding to the list, until another type of swap has been done in house.
The rest of that info is irrelevant to you.
I have not posted on your thread, and will not do so.
Also, if my time is cheaper than yours, then that's on me. There are several other guys in the market, such as Portugal and Australia, not only you. Do you even know about them? I'm guessing not. Or else you would be badgering them as well.
Another thing, you could follow what every "competitive" market does...and match prices. That's usually how it's done..not telling your competitor to raise their prices.
If you have anything to add, message me or call me. I'm not going back and forth over here.

Bump for the end of November :)

On September 18th I talked to you about how I do not appreciate it that you have attempted to make every product that I sell like I've created a menu for you to copy and to top it off sell them at lower prices, especially on eBay. After eBay and PayPal fees you are making very little for your labor. When we talked you admitted that you took my ideas and you agreed to set your prices the same. Why have you not done that?

This is what you said, “I did get some of my ideas from you.” “no worries, I can adjust that” (prices).

Also, why do you call yourself "we". Who are you working with? Did they put you up to this or was it your idea? While not illegal, what you have done is definitely rude and unethical.
