    Fuel pressure problem

So I've been driving my m52 obd2 swapped car for one year and I installed new fuel lines all around when I did the swap. But as I was looking around today I noticed the feed line(rubber) is dry cracked everywhere.

This could either be 2 things(that I can think of)...
1 shitty oriellys quality fuel lines
2 when I turn the key to position 3 right before I start the car, the fuel pump turns on and pressurizes the lines. Is this supposed to happen? It might be over pressuring the lines, causing them to crack.

Don't want to drive my car like this!! So thanks for the help guys

Shitty O'Reilly hose. This is one place where you definitely need to get OEM

Fuel pump priming is normal. theres a pressure regulator somewhere in your fuel system, probably on the injector rail, so the system has no real way of 'over pressurizing'. Also, your fuel pump is likely not capable of making enough pressure to cause hoses to crack like that.

        Hose quality!

The pressure rating on most auto parts fuel lines is for some reason 3.4bar. Your system runs at 3.5 now. Get real fuel line. :)
