Good to know. I forgot that people actually have used a 240. :P

What drive shaft did you use? I am guessing your swap is fairly close to the one I am doing. BTW I had a slushy in and didn't remove the rear half of the shaft.

Stock e30 manual driveshaft, e36 gatrag trans. Mixing and matching is going to cause balance issues.

So what did you guys do about the clutch master and pedal geometry? Mine was a slushy till last night, I am hoping I can just bolt in the new pedal box and knock out a pre cut tab I'll see after the booster comes out.

Yes, you can bolt in a new pedal box and you will be ready to go, pretty much. You'll still need a few small clutch pieces--hardline, softline to reservoir, clutch hose from MC to slave.

So the spot in the firewall for the clutch amster is there already?

No, the clutch master mounts to the pedal bracket using two bolts.

Yep, just push out the little blank off plastic pieces and get 2 new grommets. One for the master and one for the soft line that goes from a resivour to the elbow piece that goes into the master.

Haha, I guess I misinterpreted what Mr. Swiss was saying. :(

The pedal bracket already has threaded bosses for the MC as well.

Just use a regular clutch line.

Use realoem.com to find the part numbers.
