So does anyone else realize that the 735i brake booster/master cylinder is the exact same booster as the iX, and the exact same master cylinder as the E34 M5??? Everyone seems to be hounding for only those two specific ones, which are uber rare used, when you could simply find a junker 735i and have the complete assembly....

I realized that after first buying an ix booster and then buying the 735 booster that looked better, and then was going to put a new m5 mc on it. oh well. So, the final verdict is, just get the e32 735 booster mc assembly and you'll be happy. -
I realized it when trying to search for the part numbers of the two components and found a site that listed their compatibility for the 3 cars. P/Ns alone are fine if you are buying new, but when you are looking for people parting out cars, trying to find someone with an iX or M5 is a "bit" harder than someone with a 735.Comment

Cool. I have heard about this too but was not sure about it. Thanks for the heads up.Originally posted by cabriodster87"Honey? What color is this wire? Is it the same as that one? Are you sure? Nicely played, my friend. So what's up with the haircut tho - really? I'm no fashion whore either, but that's pushin' it.
It's not how you handle the good times, but the faith you keep in the bad that defines you.Comment
