I have seen another e30 M3 with euro S52 and original booster. The plenum had to be cut and welded, while the intake airhorn had to be tilted. I don't think it is nice.

So how do you bypass this if its not really necessary? I'm doing my swap and I'm trying to get rid of things I don't really need. Anyone have any suggestion? If I remove the canister, what should I do with the underlying hose line? should I just plug it up and hide it somewhere? Or ?????? help?

A stock E30M3 sway will fit with adjustable links, but the arms will not be parallel to the ground. A 25mm bar is a no go with the stock headers.

I notched the subframe to clear the headers and it worked like a charm.

Clearance will be sufficient to install manifolds without problems?

    Many thanks ;)
Easy way is to try it. If it doesn't work then figure out what plan B is.

    Secondary air pump for emissions.

Agree...I like the engine stand....haven't seen one like that before.

That's an emissions air pump. I removed mine.

My headers had clearance issues with both the swaybar and the front subframe.
I had to use a torch and hammer to clearance the front subframe for the headers. I just removed the swaybar, and haven't had a good solution to that one yet.

I left mine in and I passed emissions with not issues. It seems to be personal preference. I certainly don't think it hurts anything in there

Nah, it's for emissions only. I bypassed it, but you have to figure out an adapter from the little nozzle on the evap valve to the fuel line size.
