here's mine, just got to condense it all. also, i never knew it but i had my relay harness just laying in the engine bay loosely. if you look there are 3 relay mounts right behine the intake manifold next to the engine harness plug. im thrilled that they fit right on it.

e36 auto harness. as others have suggested cut all the auto stuff from the harness and use lots and lots of zip ties. i also exteneded the diagnostic plug harness to make it fit @ the orginal location. then extended the relays for them to fit in the glove box.
End Results :) btw this is majjic car. orginally was a 318is.

find the part numbers (www.bmwfans.info), pick up the phone, and start calling european parts suppliers. it's not too expensive at the dealer either

BDSAX, you know those three relays sitting ontop of your driver's side strut.. The M20 had three relays mounted there too with a little cover, you can use that same mount and cover and it looks cleeeeeean ; /

packing all those wires in there was a sob... i cut a lot out, taped it, then zip tied it.

                      the finished product

How did you actually mount the back part of the e30 M3 cover to the firewall? It seems to me I will have to cut/drill some stuff.
