I have an m20 flywheel in mine.. you know they weigh like 20 lbs right? Not light in any sense of the way, and definitely not going to make your idle go up and down. It is very similar in weight to the s50 flywheel.
Make sure you have a sufficient ground connection on the engine first off. Second, make sure you have the HFM installed the right way. Check and clean your ICV, mine would bounce after driving and coming up to a stop, cleaning the ICV fixed this. Last, what did you do about your charcoal canister and evap solenoid? If that gets blocked, it will do the exact thing you are describing.
The two wire plug is for AC idle bump. M50 has it built into the harness on the x20.
btw, Im suprised the AKG harness worked out for you.Old and improved:

Dont know what you're packing but my M20 flywheel weighs just over 6kg -thats about 13 pound in your native tongue;)
Its the only good reason to use it.Comment

Supposedly that is the smaller flywheel. Dual mass weighs about 28 lbs. Single mass is really easy to lighten though some people have got them down to 15-13 lbs.
my idle is starting to bounce around again for some reason. only while i am coming to stop. once the car stops and sits it is fine.Old and improved:

Your dead starter, did it just simply do nothing at all?
Trying to diagnose mine right now. Get power to everything, fuel pump whirrs to life, go to crank..and nothing at all. Everything appears to be wired correctly, all fuses look good, battery is brand new. Same deal, M20 starter, m20 lightweight fly, G260.
