I threaded the booster with a die, then ground off the threads, then die again.

Wish THR had been doing their boosters then! If I could do it all over, I think I would go "iX booster" with the 25mm MC. Go used on the booster, new on the MC. They really aren't that much.

No but really, the thought of making a larger hole in the clevis crossed my mind, then I began to overanalyze the situation. I thought, hey, maybe the clevis was designed to provide sufficient safety margins of axial strength only with a 10 mm hole.
Clevis is in Compression! I dont see much wrong with that. Unless you like to pull on your brake pedal alot...
Well anyway, thats what I did too (not the pulling). I'll make a post when it snaps;)

He's right, whats the problem with what he said?

As time went on, the factory developed the car each year, making it faster, more comfortable, and capable of handling at higher speeds.
You don’t want this. You want the trickiest, most dangerous, oldest model you can find. Only then can you prove to the world that you’re a man.

Axial (along an axis) forces can be tension or compression.

Anyone know what kind of booster they are using? How is the brake feel and amount of boost affected? Is it easier to brake? Harder?
