You have it hooked up fine, except as far as I can tell, rectangular C101 pin 6 does not need to be connected to x20 pin 13. C101 pin 6 is hot in run and start and powers, besides the idle speed control unit, terminal 86 on the O2 sensor heater relay on the M20B27. When the M20B27 Motronic is powered, 85 is grounded and closes the heater relay.

The E36 powers the oxygen sensor through the DME relay, so you don't need to hook up C101 pin 6.

So just disconect the O2 sensor wire (pin 6) and the ecu will still tell the sensor when to turn on and off?

I picked up another main relay last night and am going to try that and see what happens in a little while.

Thanks for the help guys, keep it comming if you have it!

So I am a complete idiot and forgot to disconect pin 6 like fred said. Well, disconected it and it works like a champ. Hmmm.... now where do I run the wire to the O2 sensor? lol

Which wire are you talking about? You can just tape off pin 6 on the C101, it doesn't need to be connected to anything.

The O2 sensor is hooked up like normal, using the round plug, right?

Correct, I was talking about pin 6 on the c101. I will just tape it. Yes, the 02 is going to be hooked up to the round connector like normal. Thanks for the help, it is much apprecitated!
