I have a similar setup from MBS. Mine is way too low right off the ebay headers. I can not go over speed bumps even if I take them at an angle. If I was doing it again I would have them cut the ebay headers and weld a flange on then bend a tube with a tighter fit to the underside of the car. Post some photos of your setupLeave a comment:

Just got my exhaust done today at MBS in Pasadena.
Ebay SS replica headers
2.5 inch aluminized steel (felt like saving a 150 bucks)
Magnaflow straight through muffler
Vibrant Street Power Muffler in flat black (2.5 in and dual 3's out)
Overall it looks awesome, its a little loud for my liking, but I'll get used to it. They did a really good job. The only downside is that where the headers connect to the exhaust, it still hangs a bit low, but this is because of my ebay headers...
I'll try and get some pictures up this weekend for all to see.Leave a comment:

great site thanks man!
Yup that's where I got my cat and muffler. IMO they sound the best on e36 motors, especially for the $.
These mufflers are pure sex: (I'm using the 3" w/ dual 3.5" round cut tips)

What did you do for your setup? Eventually i'll want mine a little quieter too i think. Are you using ss reps?
Sorry I never came to get the m52 headers, I just thought I'd save some money, as this was kinda expensive.Leave a comment:

It's a little out of date, but close enough...
I found a local shop to do the exhaust work early next week! "Old School Automotive"...how perfect is that.
...now back to people who actually have pictures to share. :)
Should be a blast to drive either way! :twisted:Leave a comment:

A full bolt-on s52 will not make 320 to the crank if that's what you're planning... :tsk:

X2.
Swaps don't go too smoothly for most on their first try. Mine sure as hell didn't.Leave a comment:
