There are people out there who have offset ground cranks to attempt this. PTG did stroker S54 for a while also, I think. I would imagine they had the budget to have a new crank made.
I wouldn't touch an offset ground crank with a 10 foot pole. 3.2 is plenty for plenty of power, and if you want more (especially in a street car) go for boost, not displacement.
