        sure... if your rings are worn or improperly seat, the engine will have trouble getting the compression it needs to run. A little dab of oil in the spark plug holes will help seal/seat the rings.

        does it start/run now w/o any help?

          dude this thing hasn't even been broken in yet! i just started this motor for the FIRST time...evar!

                Put the essentials on today so that it is roadworthy.

                I am trying to identify the noise so here's two vid's...let me know what you guys think!

                Oh and it idles now thanks to proper MAF :)

                  sounds like the lifters are still flat. sometimes they will pump up on their own. maybe not tho, change the oil with something thin (5w-30), drive, then switch back to 10w-30.
