Crank should be around 600
Cam should be around 1500
At least those are the specs for the M42. M50 should be similar.

Friend with a bently just told it it should be 1280ohms across terminals 1 and 2 I got 468.
I get 480ohms across my cps. Your fuel pump relay is 1 of the 3 on the harness I think the middle one. Try to jump that. My car would not start at first no fuel no spark turned out to be the ecm I bought had no chip in it. You could check that as well.

That could temporarily solve the fuel problem, but not the spark.
I have a E36 harness non vanos. I have a big red wire that is suposed to goto the E36 fusebox.
Then on the passenger side of the harness there is 3 wires, one power that comes off the starter then 2 wires off the diagnostic port harness (those are what i'm unsure about)
this wiring stuff is giving me a headache...will this cure it...its the adapter AKG motorsports sells
I'm installing a 95 m3 motor, harness, tranny, and ecu...if I install the entire m3 harness I wont need this adapter correct..this is only if I keep the original e30 harness right
I also ordered that ORCA cd..did I go the wrong way there to....and to the previous question
""I'm installing a 95 m3 motor, harness, tranny, and ecu...if I install the entire m3 harness I wont need this adapter correct..this is only if I keep the original e30 harness right""
Orca is a good thing to have. The C101 connector basically connects inside the car, to the engine. Unless you play on swapping EVERYTHING from the M3 over, when I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING, which includes the dash harness.
You'll need that connector, it's not a big deal at all, it's actually a minor thing in the swap.
