    Problem after swap

    Runs great but now power windows and heater fan are out no fuses blown where is the relay?

    What starter did you use?

    It sounds like your K5/K7 relays aren't being triggered properly. These unloader relays are supposed to interrupt the function of the power windows and blower motor during start and start only.

      Used the m52 starter that came with the engine. The windows and fan worked for a while though?

              its not the relay,
              its ur wiring to trigger the relay something its not right double chk the wiring on the round plug.

                Agree. Relay is probably fine. You've somehow put it in a permanent state of "unloaded". Pin 15, black/green wire. Check voltage on that.
