I just picked up a m54b30 from a shop that came out of a 2001 330ci and It needs a new head, the head is 15 thousands out but all the guts are good and dandy. Im looking for a bare head and was wondering if anyone knew where I could get one for a relatively decent price?

Lemme guess... the engine overheated? Have you pulled any of the bearing caps off the cams to look at the journals? -

It can be heat-straightened. Check with Heads Up! in Auburn. Runs around $500 and that includes new valve guides.
I would still pull some bearing caps to see if the journals are scored.
You're also going to need to Timesert the block. That's mandatory.Comment

I have a nice clean freshly refurbed cylinder head (NOT overheated) pulled from 2003 530i for sale.
Came from an engine that sucked in a DISA valve and put a hole straight through piston #2. Originally had 2 small dings on cylinder 2 that were smoothed out by the machine shop. I actually have it listed on eBay with a bunch of pictures.
Cleaned, checked, decked and with new valve seals by a local trusted machine shop.
PM me if you'r interested. Asking $350 for it.

Its a conical thread replacement system. You will have to drill out your existing head bolt threads and replace with the Timeserts. There is a kit specifically for aluminum BMW blocks you can buy off Amazon.
You will need to install them in the block because once you overheat a M54 the head bolt threads will strip when you go to install the cylinder head.Comment
