I'm in the middle of finishing off a E30 M3 with a MS54 SMG box. dsc system and all the rest of the stuff it all seems to work ok but for the smg pump it's not switching on when the car is running. it will when the doors are opened or the ignition is switch on or off but not running. I have changed the pump relay a number of times and also changed the smg pump unit but it still the same so its not the pump so have I forgot to fit something in that will control's the pump cycle. I have also changed the ecu for the smg box and still the same
