Can the S54 mount to the g260 without any major mods?

Hey guys I've secured a not so bad deal for an s54. But it's just of the engine. I'm guessing I will have to buy the ecu separately and I was wondering if I can use the G260 transmission or do I need to buy the ZF?

the getrag bolts up directly but the engine will be at the wrong angle. you want a ZF at the very least, preferably a 6 speed but I understand the cost. the ZF 5 speed has similar gearing to the Getrag 420 except it has no 6th gear for cruising.

I have an MSS54HP I can sell, I can flash it too.

Ok I can probably find a junkyard with the 5 speed. By flashing it do you mean to remove EWS? If so please pm me. We're pretty much next door neighbors distance wise lol.

oh yeah I just noticed that.

itll bolt up and hold the power. Stock clutches wont handle the revs though. Pressure plate will explode.
