Pro's and cons of going with Garagistic Pedal box vs 2002 MC in S54

So as I continue to buy part after part for my build I am on to the brakes. I will have an E46 M3 setup for front and most likely rear we will see.

Since my car is an Auto right now a big plus to the Garagistic setup is that I can get a new pedal box plus three new MCs since I dont currently have one for the clutch.

The negative is because my car is an airbag car I have to some trim work to make it fit right, which I know has been done but its not really documented.

So other then that what are the other pro/cons? Brake feel differences? Stopping power? Effort level?

I know this is probably a tough question to answer since not many have driven both set ups, but I would love any experience with anyone who has either.

    Thanks in advance!

you don't need to swap the pedal box on an airbag auto. all you need is the brake/clutch pedal from a manual. the late pedal boxes are the same between auto & manual.

That said, I don't have any input on the other questions.

I know that but I am thinking about the Garagastic box due to the built in MCs.

      But thanks for the response.

Bumping my old thread, still trying to decide between the two of these options.

What's the part number on the 2002 booster? I see some conflicting info about which one to use

Awesome! Do you have pics of your install? What Part number did you use?

I don't know the part number but you can use any yr 2002 booster except the Tii model. I think dealer sells them for 500+, there is a company that refurbish them them for cheaper.

It fits with Euro s50 intake, only need to cut the edge of aluminium airbox. Now installed S54 engine- all fits perfectly

Apparently the euro mk2 and US mk2 booster are different I believe
