N52 swap worth it for drifting

Am new to the forum and fell into this n52 swap rabbit hole and I am loving it!!!!!

My question is is the n52 worth it for a reliable drift car and somewhat weekends cruiser?

I have -zero- idea what a good drift motor is, I'm presuming high-hp. Yeah, maybe. Probably no better or worse than an S50/S52 (but much lighter)

For cruising, it's supreme. Lots of torque. Buttery smooth. Good mileage to boot.

Prolly better off leaving the n52 in whatever car it comes in and drifting that.

and am just planning ahead for when my m20 goes and m5x swap are becoming expensive for such old tech 😅 worse case my e30 will become my daily it's still 80% stock
