After my mess up with re-pinning some of the ECU connectors I thought we could use a post dedicated to wiring. Most of this info was posted by hoveringuy in the original N52 swap discussion but one set of pins he couldn't find on digikey so I did some searching and found some that fit.
You will need 3 types of sockets if you are planning on using MSV70/80 and the Z4 IVM. The only pin I don't have listed is the main power to the IVM. I just used the existing one, it will reach the battery terminal without re-terminating.
