Should I use front strut rubber buffer?

    Hey Guys,

Rebuilding my ix front suspension. Using Bilstein struts and stock springs. I have these rubber "buffers" in my parts stash. Should I use them? They were not on the car when I disassembled the front suspension. What purpose do they serve?

    Thanks!

Those would be bumpstops. Your Bilsteins may have them installed internally.
I wouldn't double them up as you won't have any suspension travel left.

Here are the ones inside my Bilstein Sports:

+1 to Panici, and those wouldn't fit over the body of the bilsteins anyway.
