Wondering if anyone has info on what components to use for a 5 lug swap on the front of an ix. I know the rear is pretty much the same as a RWD.
I’ve been scouring the internet for info but anything I’ve found is kind of vague. I even tried using the waybackmachine.com to try to find posts on e30tech.com. I can see some of the posts but can’t access them because they aren’t archived.
The posts I have found on r3v mention using e87 rear hubs on the front as they are the same diameter of the stock wheel bearings on the ix. Trying to figure out what brake setup is the best. I’m assuming a custom caliper adapter is going to have to be machined.
