IX motor mounts vs Regular e30 mounts

Will they work?

Looking @ some poly ones.

I recall that they will, just double checking...

i do know that the standard E30 engine mounts won't work for the iX since i bought what i though was the right ones over a year ago and one of the studs is not long enough to clear. now whether these poly ones have longer ones on both ends, i don't know.

so for the poly ones i just may need longer bolts..

if your mounts have bolts, then yes, but usually, they are studs that are integrated into the mount, and you install them with nuts. You should call the place selling them to confirm they will work, or at least the length of the studs.
