any reason to go for german is it not cheaper for the h&r. why bother with lowering springs. i remember a few years back getting a few feet of snow. Them lowering springs will not seem so great when you are plowing up the snow. I wish My car was running now. I got to do some awd doughnuts up at mount rose this spring. Oh Yea,

I wouldn't personally touch them with a 20 foot pole, but to each their own..

U cant go that low at front on a ix, bearings will wear out "in a week" and stock length shocks will be fully compressed like all the time.

mines lowered. It drives fine, wears camber, has short suspension travel, and wears out cv boots faster than usual, but handles well. The bottom line is iX isn't the optimum car to go low, but can be done with results but for a price of your cvs wearing faster . Also the front diff sits pretty low (watch speed bumps)

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.

They are too low and too soft.

There really aren't any good drop in springs for the ix, anyway.

                    $400? :p

Unlesd you were going to use stock worn out shocks with lowering springs, you can't count new inserts against gc vs drop-in. :)
