Unfortunately now in search of a catalytic converter. Manual transmission mine just cracked at the flex, or if anyone knows what size pipe and whether you can weld in a flex pipe. Thanks in advance

I would put in a new flex pipe. the stock cats are pretty good, pretty much everything aftermarket is going to be worse.

It depends on if you have strict emissions/inspections in your area. Do they require all-OEM cats? Or will they allow aftermarket ones?

Sounds like you were asking for a catalytic converter, I guess I'm confused.

Just go to an exhaust shop and have them weld in a new flex piece.

the flex joint is part of the cat section, that's what he was asking.

just one of those 4" long ones im assuming? 1.75" diameter
