    Wheel/Tire Recommendations 325iX

Is there any reason why I should not size up to 16 inch wheels and run 205 50 r16's vs the stock recommended tire size of 205 55 r15. Also can you safely use an even wider tire like a 225 50 r16 or will that rub?
    Thanks for your help!

Most of the wheels that I like have a 37mm or 38 mm offset.

Depends on what you are trying to do. I run the 205/50 setup in the summer for better grip. Shorter sidewall means less "roll" when cornering hard. In the winter, I go the opposite direction, 195/65 for a narrower contact patch for better grip in snowy conditions. Taller sidewall helps take the hits instead of the rim.

that'll be pretty tight and might rub on the fender, more so if you're lowered at all or have fat friends

ET25 is realistically too low for a 16x8.
