Hmm ok the reason I ask is I recently took my flywheel to get lightened and I told them that it should come out at about 13ish lbs when I got my flywheel back it looks like they took some material off the back but it weighs 19lbs. On a normal person weight scale. I'm confused how can it weigh more then it was stock? After they lightened it.

I have no idea. Mine was either 18.1 or 18.8lbs (can't remember) when I took it off the car and replaced it with a JB Racing 8.5lb wheel.
Mine's an 88, I wonder if other years got the heavier dual mass flywheel.
Edit:
It looks like the dual mass flywheels did come stock on ixs. Weren't they 30lbs? So they removed quite a bit, but it looks like you just wasted a bunch of money. I'll sell you my single mass flywheel for $100+shipping, haha.AWD > RWD

the scale is probably wrong. the ix flywheel is the same as the RWD cars. I had mine shaved down to about 15lbs. it wouldn't be surprising if a bathroom scale is off by 5+lbs.
and no, dual mass flywheels did not come on the ix. you can't shave material off a dual mass flywheel or machine it either. What's pictured in that link isn't even a dual mass flywheel - DMS have built in springs and are much heavier. That's a regular single mass.
