    Transmission to TC issue

So I just got my engine in and after I bolted my TC to the transmission I went to put the nuts on the studs that come out of the back of the transmission. When I spin the drive part that connect the output of the transmission to the input of the TC it spins freely with the transmission in neutral. When I tighten the drive nuts to connect the rotating part from the transmission to the TC, it get hard to spin in neutral and it won't go into a gear. So after I tighten 1 of the 3 and try to spin it and tighten the other 2 I can't spin it withheld transmission in neutral.

Uh... you're missing the flex disk. There is supposed to be a big rubber donut between the flanges. Without it, the bolts would pull the flanges towards each other and put side load on the bearings. Not good.
