Power steering just sh#$ the bed

This seems to be a fairly unique problem, not one hit googling "charcoal canister rubbing power steering hose."
You can see the "repair" I made in the picture I posted, and how close that hose sits to the edge of the charcoal canister.

Something is wrong with the hose routing, or you're missing a bracket, or both. There's no reason the ps hose should rub on the breather valve.
