    Brake replacment kit

So it seems to be time for me to do the brakes on my iX and I am trying to find a kit with everything I need. Sourcing the parts by themselves isnt hard but i know there are 2 different brake types on these care correct? the Girling and ATE? I know I have the girling so is there anything special I need to look for when ordering brakes for my car? Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.

FCP euro sells a great kit that comes with everything you need. Meyle rotors and ATE pads, stainless brake lines, wear sensors.. everything you're looking for. I currently have this kit with my iX and have no complaints so far!

Okay, yeah I saw that but I wasn't sure if there was a different design in the rotors/pads to accommodate the 2 different brake styles on our cars.

You can't swap carriers between the two different types of calipers, but pads and rotors are all the same. So you're totally fine.

Ahhh.. yeah, I now understand what you were initially asking.. Just as Kershaw said its all the same except for the calipers/carries between the two types.
If you do end up with that kit let me know what you think of it!

Rear rotors are different! But otherwise, everything is identical.

They are like 1" deeper. The ix has different rear hubs.

Right. I should have pointed that out. I meant you you were all good with the FCP kit linked.
