In Canada we didn't get the 2dr ix in '88. All 88's were 4drs and manual transmission, but were fully optioned (including sport seats) like 88's in the USA. If your car didn't have sport seats its because they were removed at some point during the car's lifespan. Or maybe the original owners opted for the comfort seats instead of the sports, and thats why its on the original receipt, since the sport seats would have been standard.Hi this is my first post on this forum, this is my second e30. A beautiful 325ix 1988 with 5 speed manuel and every option possible except sport seats(don't get why?maybe in canada). I have the original receipt of the car and the only option added were leather seat and mettalic paint...46 000$ here in canada
Drives like new, have a shitload of maintenance receipt and few rust for a quebecer 25 yo car. Will be puttind bilstein and h&r spring when i'll put the bbs back and a hartge rear valence and a is lip in front.

Well, your brains dick always thinks that a 2 door is faster because less doors equal less weight.. I'd rather have a 4 door to build up because there more rigid. Also Nando is right your car is a sleeper, people probably shit themselves when they hear the thing though.. LolLeave a comment:

Looks great - not many people these days understand the concept of a "sleeper". I remember way back in the day, somebody commented that my buddy's 318i must be faster than my car because it was a 2 door instead of a 4 door.. lol. People probably still think that.Leave a comment:
