    Uhh im pretty sure that the car will take a turbo quite well.
    Theres videos of them doing some pretty rediculous shit.
    Check Youtube. Search 325ix burnout its at a drag strip.
    need more proof come down ride in mine after its buttoned up.

          i dont know about other ix owners but i wouldnt waste my money and time putting a turbo in a 4 thousand pound awd car.. seams retarded to me

            which car are you referring to? It's my understanding that my iX weighs about 29xx lbs. Just shy of 3k lbs for an awd car is pretty good in my book

              It's not that difficult to buld and ix that can easily put down 350-400 hp without breaking everything. The only things you really gotta take care of is the front driveshaft by getting it lengthened. After that, the only thing you have to worry about is the front diff. The transfer case is actually pretty beefy in there. I have no doubts that you can make a fast turbo ix. If mine wasn't my d.d., i'd be looking into that myself.
