    New US Fenders

Does anyone know where I could get a new OEM driver side fender? I tried an aftermarket fender, but the fitment was terrible. It is like they overloaded the die with metal and it got a lot of wrinkles around the edges of the panel with a lot of excess around it. I saw BMW has the Driver side fender listed as NLA. Does BMW ever do production runs for old parts like this? They have been NLA for almost a year.

BMW has been known to do production runs in the past.
I have my doubts as to whether they'll produce new sheetmetal though.

There was a run of E30 dashboards a few years ago, but I bet that was driven by the demand from the $$$ E30 M3.

I've been struggling to find fenders up here in Canada as well, been looking for partouts surrounding NY and MI since reproduction seems unlikely. Finding one in decent shape (let alone finding one) has proven to be difficult

your best bet is finding good used fender and working that.. Actually better option since you would be hard pressed to get new OEM fenders that won't need any body work anyway , even when they were available. Ask me how I know.
