A lot of little details to follow up on. Here is the gas tank door. I lost the spring that holds in there.
I went to pelican parts and saw the picture of the part.
HINT: If you use a standard coat hanger wire it fits perfects. I bent the wire and it works beyond perfection providing resistance to open and pressure to keep the door shut.
