I have em, don't use em. I want fixed - they look less busy from the outside. Grass is always greener, huh?

If you want to open/close while on the move, I would go cable acuated over electric. Move the hinges/lock thingies to rear part of the console and fab a little bracket for the end of the cable on the window side, with an adjuster to adjust the tension (ala caliper brakes on a bicycle).

i love em, wish i could get an electric setup out of a minivan or something...

i go single click, 2 clicks is too much out looks kinda goofy 1.2-1.5 clicks would be perfect imo

Mine always stay unlocked, but they're never open, because my door doesn't shut right because of too much cabin pressure(?), but when it's open my door shuts fine and I see the window open.

If and when I fix my drivers side door, I'll also trade for NON POP OUT WINDOWS.

I was thinking about working something out with a minivan motorized pop-out set-up if I ever get pop-outs. As I said before, I love them.

If anyone with pop-outs wants to trade for fixed windows, and if they're swap-able, I'd totally trade you.

you mean the ones that are VW FOX rear windows??? oops the secret is out now.

i really like my popouts. i took out my stationary ones and added popouts. they work well, but can make some rattles. just add solid motor and tranny mounts, the other noises will cover it up!

I love mine. Open with the sunroof tilted pretty much every day over 70 degrees. They can be a pain though since you have to stop and reach back there to close them. Not too handy when the PNW weather decides to change on a moment's notice...

I hate pop outs. My arms are too short to shut them without getting in the back of the car and people always open them when they ride back there. They look dumb too.
