Front is direct swap except for cutting tow hooks, rear takes some modifications. and oh boy is it fun to do...
ok this is what I thought and what I had heard through the grapevine. I might just go with painted diving boards and try to find a rear valance that fits db. Is there one that people know of?
I just finished for my 87 325i, and it was not THAT hard. Would I do it again? Prolly not, I don't care enough.
The front was hard cuz my diving boards practically had to be blasted off with a chain gun. On the rear end, they came off easy, but had to be slightly modified to put the plastics on. Hard mods? No, I've never done any fabbing and it came out fine. Sanded, then resprayed.
I mounted a plastic CRG CIK cars at the end of last year. I havn't quite long time to make a real comparison, though I ran some good laps on our night race before my Leopard has been cut.
