they lack any function. even if the splitter itself was made better, the is lip itself is way too flimsy to be of any aerodymanic benefit. they also actually make it more likely that you'll break off your lip, not less.. which is stupid because of all the rocks/dirt/bugs that get inbetween the splitter and the spoiler and end up ruining the paint anyway. I've scraped the shit out of my Rieger lip and you can't see it at all because it's on the bottom. it also makes it stick out further making it more likely that you'll smash into something with it..Originally posted by NC325iC
