    Rear euro bumper question.

I've removed the rear diving board and I'm about ready to install the rear euro bumper, but the bracket I have doesn't seem right. Even though it's the correct part number. #12 Bracket 51121916597. The holes on my car are wider than the bracket bolts, I'm stumped.

Drill 2 holes. There are dimples that mark the spot.

Sweet, I think I got them figured out. Can't wait to get the mtech 1 rear valance now to clean it up. Another question I have is there an installation kit anywhere for the rear mtech 1 valance? I see that bmw doesn't make one anymore. Or could I just try and have a body shop try to fabricate a way to install it? Then to try and find the impossible front. Jessh!

Looks like BMW still has most of it.

Scroll down the list and it shows "most" of the parts are there... You'll have to piece it together.

As for parts buying. A lot of people on here use http://www.blunttech.com/

I recommend that you fill the holes that hold the plastic big bumper surrounds or your truck will get water in it.

You're right Jason. Everything is till in the states except for the part number ending in 905, which will have to come from Germany.

One thing that I didn't get from that DIY is what to do about the vents that are exposed to the elements. How do I keep water and dirt out of the trunk from both of these vents with the rubber flaps?
