superficial parts can be replaced, although I bet the trunk alignment and locking device are toast. Will need to be pulled or hammered out.

im thinking a tail panel welded, new trunk, tail lights and maybe a right quarter panel it looks slightly pushed in on the top or do you guys think after the middle panel is cut it will go back their is no creasing on folding.

that's all superficial. Hardest part to fix will be the back plate but still you should have her back in no time.

                    gotcha

It's def fixable. Rear valance would need to be replaced too.

I envy the fact it's an early model. Man what I'd do for a clean 87 325is. I hate plastic bumpers, but not as much as my alum bumpers

The rear middle panel is more expensive than late models still only 170ish and I'm glad it hit so high I just got the euro bumpers a few weeks before that!

does it need both taillights? definitely needs the pass side, but it looks like the driverside one might be ok from my pics... but my screen sucks.

new trunklid with the spoiler shouldnt be too hard to find either...
