Alright, here's a few pics of the bumpers back on the car. The ones of the front aren't very good because the light outside was way too bright, the shrouds are a little wavy (going to double-stick tape them down) and I also don't have the front airdam back on yet, but I held it up against the bumpers to see how it looked, and it looks really good. I just didn't have time to put it back on today. But the shots of the rear came out good, and I got one of the door handles, damn were they a dramatic improvement.

I'm really pleased with how the bumpers and trim came out. The paint on the bumpers looks great, it's very uniform and smooth. I did 5 coats per bumper, on top of 3 coats of primer, so I think it should be pretty tough. I'll get some more pics in better light and with the airdam on this weekend. I'm having a full cut & polish done on it this weekend, so it will be looking great for pics. This job has clocked in at just over 17 hours, including removing and reinstalling everything.

BTW, my car isn't as nasty as it looks. It was really dirty, there was pollen all over it, and a lot of the bigs spots were big flecks of pollen that just came out looking huge on camera. My paint is actually really nice, and I hate the way the front end looks without the airdam.

Where did you get that primer? How much did you get done with that one can? I like how it turned out, that is definatly something that I need to do to my car.

You're telling me. I didn't notice how badly the front was chipped until I got right in there.

Dave, thanks for the compliment (I think :D ). I'm planning to have another set powdercoated over the winter, I just wanted to get this done for the time being, and in time for the PNW Meet.

Branden, I've got red tails, they're almost done. Smoked lenses for the front are on their way.

Thanks for all the compliments, guys. I'm putting the airdam back on tonight, it will make the front end look a lot better. I'm really happy with how it all came out.

Josh - you did a good job with spray bombing - nice and even, it appears.

I think it would have looked better if it matched the body color, but who am I to talk about non-matching bumpers!

Thanks, Dave. It came out REALLY good. When I have them powdercoated, I'm thinking about having the bumpers done with gloss to match the car, and leaving the trim and shrouds satin.

You need to just completely black out your side markers now. Screw all red.

Nah, they're there for a reason. If they made smoked ones, I'd probably do that. I might do it myself, I'm not sure. I'm not into that whole "deleting/blacking out lights" thing.

You are getting smoked turnsignals though. You could use LaminX on the side markers.
