    pics of Sepang Bronze progress

Sorry they are so small, and that the white balance is HORRIBLE, camera phone can't cope with a mix of fluorescent, daylight and halogen where it was parked for now. Hopefully it will be all put back together this week!! Not in the picture (well, barely visible in the trunk) is the smoked MHW tails and front turns, euro bumper trim. I decided to go sort of hybrid-mtech2 and keep the plastic front and rear bumpers but with the lower valances and combine that with the e36-m3-style side skirts. Color is E60 M5 Sepang Bronze Metallic. The guys at the shop keep teasing me about my "brown" BMW ;) The "bright" areas around the windshield are just a reflection of the area UNDER where the glass will be, they sanded / painted into the edges so you won't see the original white - I am putting on black trim and we're painting the window trim to "shadowline" it (I had wanted to get OEM pieces but the used ones for sale all seemed incomplete). Windshield broke coming out but the old one was badly pitted from age/miles and the glass guys felt bad so they are really hooking me up.

I am getting a new black headliner put in by a local shop and eventually might get black carpet. We left the under-hood stuff alone, it will get sandblasted and painted black when I get around to saving up for a swap (probably next year, I've been debating euro s5x vs other options, don't need stupid power).

So far I'm VERY excited to see the rust fixed and the new paint!! :drink:

Some more pics now that she's mostly put together:

It still needs the headliner done before re-installing the glass, and a few other things, I'm pissed, USPS broke one of my MHWs but Mel is sending up another one ASAP...

That looks fucking sique VERY original. I love the M-tech front and rears. I want to get at least a rear for my early arch car and modify it. I love the look of fresh clear, my delphin still looks like that over a year later with constant cleaning.
